The party of import shall acknowledge receipt of the notification, in writing, to the notifier within ninety days of its receipt. The acknowledgement shall state:

(a) the date of receipt of the notification;

(b) whether the notification preliminary meets requirements;

(c) whether to proceed according to the domestic regulatory framework of the party of import.
